My pricing can be adjusted to account for the pay inequities that continue to widen. I offer discounts to historically excluded and marginalized individuals to help correct the impact already experienced on our journey to leadership. This includes women (especially Black, Latinx, and Indigenous women), BIPOC/POC, LGBTQIA2S+, individuals living with disabilities, and anyone at the intersection of these identities.
